18 Downriver Mutual Aid member communities in southern Wayne County, MI will reach the following objectives: (1) Continued total regional 911 system Phase II compliance; latest software upgrades and full maintenance; (2)Improved and faster access to incident/vehicle locations, and records and info sharing among regional departments (as well as county, state and federal levels); (3)Consistency and sharing/transferability of data and info because all police departments will have same make/model equipment
