Value to Michigan’s 15th Congressional District and the American taxpayer:
Requested funds would complete Preconstruction, Engineering and Design of alternatives for preventing recurrent, significant and costly flooding of the north branch of Ecorse Creek. The request will build on data from a $2 million study by Wayne County. Completion of this phase will allow the Corps to proceed to Construction Design and Engineering.
