| This project will provide the US Marine Corps with high tech capabilities it currently lacks, and in so doing, this project will provide solders in Iraq and Afghanistan (and elsewhere in the field) with the tools they need to carry out successful missions and keep them safe. Increasing mobility of USMC Combat Operation Centers (COC) with a secure, integrated platform that will enhance control systems interoperability in a way that reduces operating footprint and logistical support requires underlying operating system technology that can protect high value resources against determined, well-funded and sophisticated attackers. This project will increase mobility of US Marine Corps (USMC) Combat Operation Centers (COC) with a secure, integrated platform that will increase security and enhance control systems interoperability in a way that reduces operating footprint and logistical support within a mobile vehicle (MRAP or equivalent), thereby allowing secure command and control and intelligence information to be pushed to lower command units. |
