Value to Michigan’s 15th Congressional District and the American taxpayer:
Best Buddies is a non-profit organization which enhances the lives of people with intellectual disabilities by providing opportunities for one-to-one friendship. Best Buddies Michigan supports two college chapters in the 15th District at EMU and UofM. It will create friendships for 50 participants, train eight student leaders and provide leadership training to two adults with intellectual disabilities.
