Value to Michigan’s 15th Congressional District and the American taxpayer:
Family Medical Center of MI a federally qualified community health center would like to expand dental services and medical services to the underinsured and Medicaid population in Monroe County. The Center would like to add six dental chairs to its expanded health center in Temperance MI and add two dental chairs at its health center in Carleton MI. Also Family Medical Center is now is adding to its Temperance Center 18000 sq ft and 18 exam rooms. Family Medical Center serves over 43,000 encounters for Temperance and Carleton as well as a small site in Monroe City and the number of undiplicated users is 14,422.
