Value to Michigan’s 15th Congressional District and the American taxpayer:
Henry Ford Community College requests funding for building renovations and laboratory equipment necessary to expand nursing programs and increase graduates. The project will create a new school of nursing with modernized classrooms and laboratories for the Associate Degree Nursing Program. A short-term nursing assistant program will be expanded to train more students for entry level jobs, providing employment opportunities for displaced workers in a high-demand field.
