This annual funding will support the implementation of the following Blueprint strategies: -Create “Literacy Hub” with a Full-time Coordinator: a central location and point of contact for education, training, referrals; hire a full-time staff person to provide outreach to the community -Public Awareness: Promote “superior literacy skills” -Literacy Program Development: Develop an integrated network of literacy services to enhance the “safety net” for all County residents.
