| Long-term biological control of destructive Phragmites, including short term assistance and education to entities dealing with invasive plant. Result would be healthy productive wetlands that then enhance fish and wildlife populations, increasing outdoor recreation, jobs and economic stimulus to local communities. Meets goals of MI's new Great Lakes Restoration Strategy, as well as broader Great Lakes plans. |
