| A railroad grade separation is needed on Pennsylvania Road at the CSX crossing just west of I-275. Delays caused by the trains are frequent and lengthy in Romulus, creating not only an inconvenience but a real health and safety concern. There are four (4) separate tracks at Pennsylvania and the amount of train traffic can prevent a crossing for up to 20 minutes at a time, multiple times a day. This location significantly impacts emergency vehicle movements for multiple communities. |
