Project is to establish a Transportation Operations Center (TOC) in Wayne County to centrally manage, integrate and control ITS improvements that have been installed and deployed throughout the County and to coordinate with the MDOT, Macomb, Oakland and Detroit Metropolitan Airport TOCs, increasing safety and efficiency, reducing congestion and vehicle emissions and providing real-time information to travelers throughout the region.
