This project will reconstruct 3/4 miles of concrete roadway located at Monroe south of I-94. Trolley is an industrial area and the roadway has failed and is in need of replacement. This road is the only road in and out of this industrial area. This will improve the public safety and quality of the infrastructure of Trolley Drive.
