This project will achieve cost savings in non-profit organization through gains in energy efficiency. It will utilize expert consultants to do energy audits; provide 3 to 1 matching grants for improvements in larger facilities; and provide 1 to 1 matching grants for smaller facilities to implement low-cost measures.
