Washington, D.C. – Today, Representative Frank Pallone (D-NJ06), the Ranking Member on the Energy and Commerce Subcommittee on Health and Representative John D. Dingell (D-MI15) spoke in strong support of the CLASS Act program, a program Representative Dingell authored with Representative Pallone and Senator Kennedy to ensure it was included in health insurance reform. Today’s hearing, “The Implementation and Sustainability of the New, Government-Administered Community Living Assistance Services and Supports (CLASS) Program” hosted two panels to review the status, sustainability, and workability of the program.
